I can see there are changes in the store. They need more then that to get the store running successfully. First the staffs need to have the right mindset and understanding the main purpose working there. To serve in order to convert the products into a sale transaction to make… profit.
I went in the store shopping for an elderly lady. Have all the pieces I needed. Got to the register, wanting human service. Approached the guy in the green shirt. Can he get someone to help put the sale through for me. He say no. But I saw him serving someone at the register before me. Pointing to the self serve checkout and ask me to do it myself. Turn his back on me and continue chatting.
I am not supporting or spending money in a store who is not out there to make money. I decided to leave all the pieces on the register bench and leave and he turn around to just stare at me. There is endless stores in Melbourne who has the products to match the amazing customer service. Your store fail very poorly with your attitude representing Big W at QV.
