ordered sandwiches from this cafe and noticed that the staff member preparing and taking orders was not wearing gloves. They were touching money, the register, and other surfaces, then handling food without changing or sanitising hands. This was concerning from a hygiene and… food safety perspective. I hope the cafe can improve its food handling practices to ensure better cleanliness and customer safety.

Had a great experience at this café! The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and made the visit even more enjoyable. Loved that they offer Halal options — it’s always appreciated to have suitable choices available. I ordered the chicken avocado sandwich and it was fresh,… tasty, and well balanced — definitely recommend it. The combination was perfect and you can tell quality ingredients were used.
Great atmosphere, great service, and great food. Will happily come back again! ☕🥪✨
Lovely little cafu00e9 with a great atmosphere and friendly staff. It's a nice spot to relax, catch up with friends, or get a bit of work done. The coffee is decentu2014nothing exceptional, but it does the job. What really makes this place stand out is the welcoming vibe and… overall experience. Worth a visit if you're in the area!
Bonnie & Duke Cafe and Grocer is on the corner of Lorimer St and Sabre Drive. There is street parking available in the immediate area. No wheelchair access that I could see. They have some healthy food options and also stock some great items to take home. If you dont feel… like a meal, they have smoothies.nI ordered a water, lemon slice + a vege filled wrap with halloumi which was delicious. The lemon slice was good too.
The toilets are upstairs and there is a large space on the 2nd level for events Im guessing.
