Very busy Cafe with a small menu but loved by those around. I couldn't figure out the Bagel menu so had a Bacon and Egg sandwich. I was so glad I did as it was one of the best I have ever had. On the Counter was a pot of filtered coffee which is an absolute must. Took away an… orange and poppyseed scroll for morning tea which was also outstanding. The onlt regret I have was not taking a photo of the food as it was so good I completely forgot. Can be very busy at times but the food is worth the wait.

Had the pastrami sandwich! The filling was delicious, but I wish it came with better bread, like sourdough or rye, especially considering the price. At $15, it felt a bit steep. Service was great, though!
I opted for a lox bagel with everything, paired with a long macchiato. The coffee was beautifully balanced and served at the perfect temperature, making each sip a joy. The bagel itself was just the right filling-to-bagel ratio, making every bite wonderfully satisfying.
My pick was the LOXu2014 smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, pickled onions, dill, and tomatou2014 a perfectly balanced symphony of flavors. While I wished for a bit more smoked salmon, I highly recommend it.
One of the best bagels on the CBD area! 👍🥯nnSituated in southbank its the shining light of what has become a dearth of lunch options in the area. Love the New York subway vibe of the venue and the menu is simple yet packs a punch. I tried the Everything Bagel with LOX, which… included salmon, creame cheese, capers, pickled onions, dill and tomato.nAll in all perfectly balanced and all the flavours working in harmony. I only wish it was a little bigger.
Definitely recommend and will be coming back to try the range of sandwiches and maybe a sneaky Colonial beer on tap.
