Don't bother if you want reliability or reasonable communication & customer service, or a birthday gift to arrive as arranged. It's not worth the disappointment and complete lack of care or interest. Lesson learned. In response to the reply from Georg Jensen: you are aware… of the failed service, failed communication, and failure to return my money. I did not mention online purchase in my original comment. You were aware, however, because I had already emailed that address you provided, and you did not reply or do anything. The accurate & truthful comment stands. Return my money immediately.
Beyond happy with the amazing on-line service. Asked for all items to be gift wrapped and they arrived boxed wrapped and ribboned to within an inch of their life. Tracked delivery on time with Aus Post. Purchased : Bernadotte China and Pyramid flatware, beyond happy.
