Highly recommend! The high tea was delicious and service excellent. Our table of 4 had one Gluten Free, one vegetarian and two regular high tea orders which were seamlessly catered for with excellent dietary options. The tea room vibe was elegant but relaxed making it perfect for a special occasion or a day out!

Each time I visit Melbourne and in particular the NGV, my wife and I pop up to the Tea Rooms on the first floor.nnToday, in between seeing the Westood/Kawakubo (amazing - recommended) and Women Photographers today, we recovered in the Tea Rooms.nnYou wouldnu2019t think sandwiches are a big thing to get excited about however their mixed sandwiches are like the sort you would find a their high tea - excellent.nnOn the recommendation of the energetic and charismatic waiter Matthew I tried the Lunar New Year special: prawn dumplings in broth served with bok choy.nnAfter eating my way through Melbou
