Tokyo Motto is one of those places that makes you curious — weird combo, but surprisingly works. The ice cream spicy ramen was actually good. The ice cream melts into the broth, lessens the spiciness and adds a bit of sweetness, which balances the savoury flavours. I do wish… the broth was more flavourful though, a stronger base would make it even better.
The sukiyaki wagyu was nice and comforting. The wagyu hamburger steak cutting omurice was interesting and fun, though the curry could be better in terms of depth and flavour. The ramen overall is good, and the roasted beef set was satisfying and filling.
Definitely a spot to try if you like unique Japanese dishes and fun twists.
