About this event

An Act of God is a riotously funny, sharp-witted play that tackles life’s big questions with humour and a cheeky wink.

God is back! And he’s ready to set the record straight. Tired of humanity completely bungling the Ten Commandments, the Almighty descends upon the Pride Centre St Kilda, inhabiting the bodies of five LGBTQIA+ performers to deliver a divine rewrite. An Act of God is a riotously funny, sharp-witted play that tackles life’s big questions with humour and a cheeky wink. Featuring Bryce Gibson (aka Brenda Bressed from RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under), alongside Bianca Heard, Tom Fagan, Drew Drysdale, and Kate Lawson, this heavenly comedy has audiences raving.

The reviews are already heavenly:

“Divine performers. A transcendent experience.” (MR)

“A fun evening and a great show!” (RL)

“A great night out … a funny, thought provoking and entertaining show.” (FB)
