About this event
Melbourne’s sweetest Italian celebration is back, with Brunetti Classico partnering with Floridia Cheese for a Cannoli Day takeover dedicated to freshly piped shells, classic Italian flavours and plenty of ricotta.
While Cannoli Day officially falls on June 16, Brunetti Classico will be extending the celebrations from June 13–16, giving Melburnians four days to indulge in one of Italy’s most iconic desserts.
Throughout the promotion, mini cannoli will be available for $2.50 and large cannoli for $4 across all Brunetti Classico locations, from Carlton and Coburg to Melbourne Airport, making it the perfect excuse for a midweek sweet fix, post-dinner dessert or espresso pairing.
At the heart of the celebration is the craft of piping cannoli fresh to order, with live piping activations taking place at Brunetti Classico Carlton and Melbourne Museum.
Guests will be able to watch crisp shells filled on the spot with fresh ricotta, silky crema and rich chocolate custard fillings, a small but important ritual that makes all the difference.
Leading this year’s flavour line-up is the Tiramisu Cannoli, created in collaboration with Floridia Cheese, bringing a rich and creamy mascarpone to the traditional dessert. Joining the specials is the Chilli Honey & Ricotta Cannoli, created with supporting partner Bippi and Floridia Cheese’s ricotta, balancing sweetness with a subtle chilli warmth.
For those leaning toward the classico favourites, Brunetti Classico’s signature flavours will still be available for the celebration, including Ricotta, Vanilla and Chocolate Custard.
Whether stopping by for a quick espresso-and-cannoli moment, grabbing a takeaway box for the office, or making a full afternoon out of it, Cannoli Day is once again set to turn Melbourne into a little slice of Sicily, one freshly piped cannolo at a time.
Because when cannoli are this fresh, one is never enough.
Celebrating Cannoli Day at Brunetti Classico is a must for dessert lovers, with the lively atmosphere of Carlton adding to the charm. The aroma of freshly piped cannoli will entice your senses as you enjoy this Italian tradition in a vibrant local setting that feels like a slice of Italy.
