Our head chef, Sigrid, will guide you on a gastronomic journey, creating dishes that may surprise you but will surely delight you. Our Sommelier, Antony, is on hand for those who want an oenological journey to match their feast, with wine education and a few stories (if you ask!)
It’s all about texture, flavour, and twists on old family recipes – we start with an amuse bouche, followed by three entrees, a main, a cheese course, pre-dessert and then the dessert finale follow, leaving guests happily stuffed to the brim after their food and wine journey around Europe, Australia and even the world.
