Welcome to the Heer Tea drink lab, where every guest becomes a drink scientist! In this 30-minute hands-on workshop, you’ll explore the world of non-alcoholic drink design and create your own stunning beverage from eight one-of-a-kind drink recipes, each developed by our in-house tea artists.

What to expect:

  • Choose from a curated menu of eight creative drink options, from dreamy floral teas to layered milk-based blends, sparkling infusions, and colour-changing surprises.
  • Follow our step-by-step ‘lab’ instructions using pre-measured ingredients, beakers, and mixing tools.
  • Want to freestyle? You can also experiment and design your own personalised drink with our guidance.
  • More than that, you will discover your inner scientist by using beakers, droppers, grinding bowls, etc. You can select ONE from the following eight lab drinks: (please make your choice when you booking)

1. Melbourne Summer – Creamy avocado blends with sweet, milky richness for a smooth and indulgent treat.

2. Osmanthus Fall – Fragrant osmanthus and black tea blend with juicy pear, topped with creamy foam for a versatile sip.

3. Lychee Rosella – Tart Roselle and floral lychee fizz, brightened with a zesty lemon twist.

4. Flowers Sea – A reinvented classic with aromatic oolong, sweet peach, and creamy milk for a refreshing twist.

5. Waterfall – Light coconut and floral jasmine tea balance the rich, savoury-sweet cheese foam.

6. Oreo Blizzard – Crunchy Oreo pairs with vibrant matcha, crowned with fluffy whipped cream for a playful dessert-like drink.

7. Callography Tea – Earthy Pu-erh meets velvety cheese foam, topped with a sweet jam or chocolate drizzle for a bold contrast.

8. Ice Drip Rose – Floral rose tea base transforms with customizable add-ins—coffee for depth, milk for creaminess, or matcha for an earthy kick.At the end, you enjoy right away!

Kids under 10 welcome with a parent! A perfect adult-and-child-friendly experience, great for beginners, full of fun and creativity.
