Welcome to Rest Club!
Come and join our signature Recovery Sesh, a restorative hour of floor based movement, breathwork and deep rest practice. Leave feeling recharged and energised for the week ahead!
Unwind and release stress as you are guided through:
- Energising movement sequence to awaken the body and promote repair
- Breathwork practices for performance and sleep,
- Guided body scan meditation.
Take this opportunity to slow down and restore your energy and clarity with some well-deserved recovery time
For the most comfortable experience:
- arrive 10 minutes before session start time to get settled in
- avoid eating a heavy meal or consuming caffeine in the two hours before your session
- BYO water bottle – you may refill with filtered water onsite
- wear your comfiest cosy clothes for breathing and movement (shoes off)
- Padded mats, pillow and warm blanket are provided for each participant, and you are welcome to bring any props to support your comfort during the session!
