About this event
The whole family is welcome to join a fun and relaxed program of stories and songs. After reading together, we have a craft or fine motor activity with opportunity for play and social interaction. If you’re little one isn’t ready there is no pressure to participate.
Weekly on Thursdays except during school holidays and public holidays.
Children under 12 years need to be supervised by an adult or caregiver in the library.
Visit the Children’s Storytimes and Activities page for all our regular children’s programs. See our Literacy and reading resources for families page to find the best reading recommendations, literacy advice and programs for your child.
Follow us on Eventbrite to get notifications for events as they are added.
The Ashburton Library is a cozy, welcoming place where families gather to spark creativity. The outdoor setting adds a lovely community vibe, making it a perfect spot for little ones to engage with stories and each other while soaking up some fresh air.
