Join us at the State Gymnastics Centre in Windsor for a high-energy, skill-focused 2-hour Foundation Tumbling Workshop designed for students who would like to learn how to safely perform Round-offs & Back-Handsprings as well as Backward & Forward Saltos.

In this workshop, students will focus on all the main progressions for Round-offs & Back Handspring as well as Backward & Forward Saltos.

Participants attending this session must be between the ages of 8- 17 years only.

Important Information

  • Ages 8-17yrs only
  • Ability Level: Students must be able to a safe and confident Handstand & Cartwheel unaided. We also recommend that students have prior or current Gymnastics, Cheerleading or Dance experience. Please note that this workshop is not suitable for beginners who have no prior experience in the above sports or who cannot safely perform a handstand and cartwheel.
  • Shoes and trainers must be removed before participating.
  • No refunds are available.
  • A participant registration form must be completed prior to attending — this is required before you can participate.
  • Advance bookings only. Spaces are limited, so book early to avoid disappointment.
