The Creative Exhale is a gentle reset for body, mind, and spirit — blending guided breathwork with unstructured creative time in a calm, supportive space.
We begin with a 30-minute breathwork session designed to release accumulated stress, regulate the nervous system, and bring you back into your body. From this grounded place, you’ll move into 45 minutes of quiet creative exploration — journaling, sketching, or simply allowing thoughts and feelings to flow onto paper.
There’s no pressure to “be artistic.” This is about expression, not performance.

Your facilitator, Neha Kumar, is a pranayama facilitator, speaker, yoga teacher, and curator known for creating deeply nurturing spaces for reflection, healing, and authentic expression. Her approach blends traditional yogic practices with contemporary wellbeing tools in a way that is accessible to all.
