About this event

This is a monthly women’s circle centred on connection, deliberately beautiful and uncomplicated.

Held and facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist, this circle is intentionally simple. No fluff, no pressure — just conversation, presence, and the quiet medicine of being together.

We gather to slow down, listen, share, and remember how nourishing it is to be with other women. What you can expect:

  • A gentle meditation to help you arrive
  • Quiet time for reflection
  • Optional sharing (entirely up to you)
  • Optional oracle cards
  • Time to connect over tea
  • A gorgeous, cosy space

The vibe we’re co-creating is relaxed and potent at the same time. You’re invited to come simply because it feels good and natural — no expectations, no performance.

Come as you are!! Details for next circle:

  • Date: Friday 30 January
  • Time: 7.00pm – 8.30pm
  • Location: A Place To Be, 59 Dundas Place, Albert Park
  • Facilitator: Hilda Strojil, psychotherapist and spinal energetics practitioner
