Lohr and Company adds cross-border tax and transfer pricing
Andersen Global has expanded its Germany tax and mobility network through a collaboration agreement with Lohr and Company, also known as L+C. The senior-led tax advisory platform is headquartered in Germany and also has a presence in Austria.
Under the agreement, L+C adds services in tax compliance, cross-border tax, global mobility and transfer pricing. The firm advises large multinationals, family-owned companies, family offices, foundations and high-net-worth individuals.
Founded in 2001, L+C focuses on global mobility, M&A, international tax law, country-by-country reporting and transfer pricing, including Pillar 2 reporting.
L+C also supports clients with trusts and foundations, payroll, financial accounting and private financial advisory services. Those areas extend Andersen Global’s offering for corporate and private clients with cross-border needs.

The tie-up gives L+C wider global resources while keeping its client-focused service model. It also comes as clients seek responsive advice on tax, mobility and reporting work.
