My best friend and I had been looking online for matching rings and finally made it into the store. We were welcomed straight away, which made the whole experience feel really relaxed and easy. The first team member who helped us was amazing. She sized our fingers and was so… patient while we figured out what we wanted — which took a while because we had no idea! I think we tried on almost every ring in the store. She showed us so many options and never once made us feel rushed or pressured. When we decided to go and have a think about it, she was so lovely and encouraged us to come back after we’d decided.
We came back a few hours later and were greeted by another team member who was just as great. The vibe in the store was so good. We tried everything on again and both team members helped us narrow it down. It felt really personalised and genuine, not pushy at all. They even gave their thoughts while my friend was deciding between gold options which was really helpful.
Such a welcoming store with beautiful jewellery. We’ll definitely be back — especially for the earrings they recommended.
