Don't buy from this brand. Photo of email with them and reddit feed added to show how bad they are. Update: the answer they posted below is not a true reflection of the actual facts. They are not trying to find soltuions two this case. Despite me explaining multiple times that… the offered options where not acceptable (please see below why), they adopted a take it or leave it approach. So I am left with no option. I feel the money my friends paid for this gift has just gone down the drain and I am left with no gift symbolising my 40th bday, all this beacuse their products are of poor quality.
The response below is aiming to reassure furture readers but it's actually gaslighting.

I received a bracelet as a gift. The chain broke at the same pspot 3 times in 2.5 years. The first time happened under warranty, and the 3rd time happened just 1 month after being repaired by them. Despite the regular breakage, they refused to admit that the bracelet was faulty and used the fact that the bracelet was not under warranty anymore to refuse replacing it (despite the issue being linked to an issue that happened first under warranty).
They only offered to repair the bracelet again. How can I trust them when their product is faulty, even even their repair didn't fix anything?
When raising the problem, they mentioned that I should be happy with their "goodwill gesture" to repair the bracelet again for free. However, this is actually covered by their terms and conditions and not a goodwill gesture at all! They also mentioned that their repair team will fix the bracelet structure. But I can I trust them when they had 2 opportunities to repair the bracelet properly, and they failed every time?
Conclusion: products are of poor quality and service is appalling. Not really what you expect from a luxury brand.
I went to their store 3 times in the last 3 months and sent many emails but they remain deaf and don't do anything to make up for the poor quality and service.
I resort to posting here because their customer service is just deaf, and I hope their marketing team will be more sensible.
Hopefully we will find some fair resolution that won't lead me stop wearing a gift I value a lot just to avoid losing it when it will break again.
