What's On in Glenroy

About events in Glenroy

Glenroy sits quietly in Melbourne’s north, balancing a relaxed suburban rhythm with a lively sense of community. Here, neighbours greet each other in leafy parks and families gather in local halls and cafes. Its multicultural spirit is reflected in the diverse eateries and small businesses that line Pascoe Vale Road, offering everything from Turkish pastries to Italian groceries. The area is known for its friendly, down-to-earth feel, where weekend markets, community festivals and grassroots sporting events are common threads in daily life.

Events in Glenroy tend to bring people together, whether it is a music night at a cosy pub, a family fair at the community centre or a local art show. The suburb is well connected by train, with Glenroy Station just a short walk from the town centre, and several bus routes making it easy to visit. Many of us appreciate Glenroy as a place where old traditions meet new ideas, all within easy reach of the city.
