Your event page is yours whether or not you pay; the upgrades below decide how many people get shown it before they go looking.

How Booking Works
- List the event free
The short form on the list your event page. You can pick an upgrade in the form, or skip it and decide later. - Choose the upgrade
From the form, or any time from your dashboard (the private link in your email). We email an invoice with our bank details and PayID. - Pay, and it starts
Press "I've paid" on the invoice. Once the payment lands, the upgrade starts and you get a receipt. Featured starts straight away; a newsletter place is confirmed for the edition in your event's week; a dedicated email and a Story are scheduled and you are told when they go out.
If Your Event Changes
Plans change, and the rules are plain. If you move the date, a Featured run or newsletter place rolls to the new date when there is room, and otherwise becomes a credit on your account. If you cancel, we refund or credit what has not been delivered; a dedicated email already sent or a Story already posted counts as delivered. If a service was not delivered for any reason on our side, you are refunded for that part. If an event has already passed, a slot cannot be kept for it. Every decision is confirmed to you by email.
Questions Answered
Can I upgrade after my event is listed?
Yes. Open your dashboard from the link in any email we sent you, choose the upgrade and we email the invoice.
Do I have to pay to be listed?
No. A listing is free and stays free. Upgrades only change how many people are shown it.
Do you take card payments?
No. Bank transfer or PayID only. The invoice shows our bank details, and a PayID when we have one set up.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes. It is emailed with a payment reference and our payment details, and a payment-confirmed email follows once we have matched your payment.
Can I book a dedicated email for this weekend?
Only if it can go out in full a day before your event starts. The form tells you when it is too late, before you pay.
Can I see how the upgrade did?
Your dashboard shows views, saves and ticket-link clicks for the event. For a newsletter place or a dedicated email, we send you the email that went out.
