ANGLERR is a rock n’ roll act combining Aussie punk rock with the 90’s Seattle grunge sound, incorporating classic punk motifs with a hint of noise rock and hardcore attitudes! Hailing from Melbourne’s eastern suburbs the band began in mid 2023 as simple riff based jams between Alex (Vocals / Bass) and Jayson (Drums / Backing vocals) Realising their songs had potential they hit the ground running playing local gigs all around Melbourne loud and proud. They recently inlisted the help of Jordan (Guitar) to complete the lineup so the chaos doesnt stop!
This launch at The Retreat Hotel is set to be a vibrant showcase of local talent, with ANGLERR's punk-infused rock resonating perfectly in the hotel’s intimate setting. Brunswick's lively atmosphere and eclectic crowd make this a fantastic spot to discover fresh sounds and support homegrown artists.
