• 1:30–1:40pm: Arrival & Welcome • 1:40–2:20pm: Guided icebreakers & group conversations • 2:20–3:00pm: Rotating conversations (deeper connection) • 3:00–3:30pm: Creative activity – Paint with Purpose • 3:30–4:00pm: Mingling
