On 15th May, Experian and ServiceNow unveiled a global partnership to integrate Experian’s data-driven decisioning capabilities into ServiceNow workflows. This collaboration aims to enhance AI decisioning at scale.
Experian’s Ascend platform will be combined with ServiceNow’s AI technology to automate decision-making processes across various operations. This integration is expected to improve speed and consistency in areas like employee onboarding and risk management.
