Verint Communications Analytics is integrated into 1GLOBAL’s mobile platform and available in 10 countries. It supports transcription from over 30 languages into English and processes data in near real-time.

This tool streamlines compliance investigations and mobile call monitoring, offering insights into behavioral patterns, risks, keywords, and sentiment. Financial institutions can now identify misuse and reduce regulatory risk more efficiently.

As regulatory scrutiny increases, financial institutions face pressure to monitor communications more effectively. Verint Communications Analytics transforms this process by providing automated transcription, summarization, and multilingual topic detection.

1GLOBAL’s platform records all mobile calls and SMS, transferring them securely to Verint Communications Analytics for automated transcription and analysis. Compliance teams can now investigate potential issues in days rather than weeks.
