Celebrating Innovative Sourcing Partnerships
Announced on May 14, 2026, the winners of the ISG Paragon Awards ANZ were celebrated at a gala dinner at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour. These awards spotlight sourcing partnerships in Australia and New Zealand that leverage technology to drive business success.
Since its inception in 2010, the ISG Paragon Awards has been recognizing excellence in sourcing partnerships. This year, 43 nominations were submitted, showcasing partnerships that employ AI, digital technology, and innovative operating models for achieving significant business impact.
PWC Australia with AUSREO won in the 'AI Pacesetter' category for their substantial business impact through AI adoption. WNS Vuram, part of Capgemini, with Horizon Power, stood out in the 'Community and Social Excellence' category.
Recognising Excellence and Innovation
Accenture partnered with Commonwealth Bank of Australia to win 'Excellence', showcasing outstanding service delivery. Avanade Australia Pty. Ltd. with Seqwater won in the 'Innovation' category for their imaginative and entrepreneurial spirit.
NRI with DroneShield received the 'Transformation' award for their successful organisational transformation. Meanwhile, Probe Group with the Department of Transport and Planning earned the 'Partnership of the Year' award for their seamless collaboration.
