The winners of the 2026 ISG Paragon Awards™ ANZ were announced during a gala dinner at the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour on 14th May. Information Services Group (ISG), a global AI-centered technology research and advisory firm, hosted the event, celebrating innovative sourcing partnerships in Australia and New Zealand.

In the AI Pacesetter category, PWC Australia, collaborating with AUSREO, achieved recognition for their substantial business impact through AI adoption. Meanwhile, WNS Vuram, working with Horizon Power, received the Community and Social Excellence award for their significant impact on communities in Australia.

Accenture, along with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, was honored for Excellence in service delivery. Avanade Australia, in partnership with Seqwater, claimed the Innovation award due to their imaginative approach to future-proofing business operations.

Celebrating Transformative Partnerships

NRI, in collaboration with DroneShield, won the Transformation category by successfully transforming a key business function. The Partnership of the Year was awarded to Probe Group and the Department of Transport and Planning for their seamless collaboration.

Michael Gale, Partner and Regional Leader for ISG ANZ and Asia Pacific, emphasised the significance of these awards, stating, "Enterprises seek partners that can help them execute on a long-term vision and adapt to new technology and business needs."

Since its inception in 2010, the ISG Paragon Awards have been recognizing outstanding collaborations between enterprises and providers globally. This year, 43 nominations were submitted for the ANZ program, marking its sixteenth year. An independent judge selected the winners.

ISG, founded in 2006, is known for its proprietary market data and research. The firm has a reputation for deep knowledge and governance of provider ecosystems, assisting over 900 clients, including 75 of the world's top 100 enterprises.

The awards spotlight partnerships that leverage AI, digital technology, and new operating models to drive business success. Each category winner has demonstrated a commitment to delivering meaningful business results and adapting to new technological advancements.
