What's On in Warrandyte

About events in Warrandyte

Warrandyte sits on the edge of the Yarra River, where bushland meets a creative village spirit. We find a slower pace here, with leafy walking tracks, riverside picnics and a community that loves its markets, galleries and live music. Many of us come for the artisan shops and the chance to linger in a café with views of the water, or to catch a local play or art exhibition in one of the historic halls. The sense of history is strong, with remnants of the gold rush still peeking through the gums.

Events in Warrandyte often celebrate local talent and the natural beauty of the area. Markets, art shows, and intimate gigs are the mainstays, drawing people from across Melbourne. Reaching Warrandyte is easy enough by car, winding along the Yarra or through leafy suburbs like Doncaster and Templestowe. Public transport options are available, though the journey is part of the charm, especially if you take the time to explore the nearby parks and trails.
