Welcome to DOLLY at Le Méridien Melbourne, an underground restaurant, cocktail bar, and live jazz club in Melbourne CBD.

Every Saturday from 6:30pm to 9:30pm, DOLLY brings together live music, European dining and late-night cocktails in one of the city’s most distinctive dining rooms.

With a full house, a lively crowd, and performances from some of Melbourne’s best artists, DOLLY feels part live jazz bar, part supper club, and entirely made for nights that run late.

  For Christmas Eve, DOLLY will be serving the four-course Signature Menu exclusively throughout the evening.

Reservations & Cover Charge

A $10 per person cover charge applies to Eventbrite bookings and will be returned to you as food and beverage credit to use during your visit at DOLLY.

Once booked, a member of the DOLLY team will be in touch to confirm your preferred seating. You are also welcome to email your Eventbrite confirmation to dolly@lemeridien.com.

If we do not hear from you prior to the event, you are still welcome to attend, with seating allocated on arrival, subject to availability.

Set beneath Bourke Street at Le Méridien Melbourne, DOLLY is an underground European restaurant, late-night cocktail bar, and live jazz venue.

The menu takes a modern approach to European bistro classics, with DOLLY signatures including Confit Duck, Steak Frites and the iconic flaming Bombe Alaska.

Later in the evening, the menu shifts into supper, with oysters, terrines, crispy frites, and DOLLY’s signature Champagne & Caviar service.
