SC700 Smart 4G camera debuts at CCW 2026 in London
Hytera unveiled its SC700 Smart 4G Body Camera at Critical Communications World 2026 in London on 30 June 2026. The device adds live video, location sharing and push-to-talk tools for frontline teams.
At CCW 2026, Hytera positioned the SC700 around real-time connected workflows in public safety. Those workflows combine communication, video and situational awareness to support faster field response.
According to Hytera, the SC700 links frontline officers with control rooms during incidents. It sends live video, shares location data and supports push-to-talk communication.
Integrated with the Hytera HyTalk PoC System, the camera also connects broadband and PMR users. As a result, teams on different networks can coordinate in the same operation.

Hytera also built in Intelligent Scene Aware. That feature can detect man down events, inactivity or device tampering and then alert dispatch centres automatically.
Leslie Li, Deputy General Manager of BWC Business Unit at Hytera, said: “The role of body-worn camera is evolving beyond evidence capture. It is becoming part of a connected operational workflow that links frontline personnel, control rooms, and decision-makers in real time.”
For frontline use, Hytera said the SC700 combines long battery life, simple operation and secure evidence handling. Those features aim to improve situational awareness and operational response.

Its wider portfolio includes two-way radios, PMR and LTE convergent communications, fast-deploy communications, body-worn cameras and control room products. Following the SC700 launch, that range now includes another body camera aimed at public safety teams.
