Matcha drinkers are invited too, with four café giveaways covering hot and cold drinks, alternative milks and extra shots.
Melbourne, your KeepCup has plans this October. Four cafés are giving away 400 drinks between them, with KeepCup picking up the bill.
There is one thing to remember before leaving the house: your cup. The first 100 customers who arrive with their KeepCup at each scheduled giveaway will receive a complimentary drink.

Your order needn’t be a straightforward flat white, either. The offer covers milk-based coffees, specialty coffee beverages, matcha and tea, served hot or cold. Alternative milks, additional shots and other add-ons are included. An extra shot without the extra spend? That’s a welcome addition.
If you don’t own a KeepCup, you can buy one at a participating café on the day and have your complimentary drink served in it, within the giveaway allocation.
The series celebrates International Coffee Day on 1st October and No Disposable Cup Day on 4th October. Behind the free drinks is a simple aim: getting reusable cups out of the cupboard and into everyday rotation.

It’s familiar territory for KeepCup Co-Founder Abigail Forsyth, who started the Melbourne business with her brother Jamie after seeing how much single-use packaging their cafés threw away.
“We want more people to bring their KeepCup, use it, wash it and bring it again tomorrow,” Forsyth said.
