Leighton Asia Wins Luxury Residential Project in Mumbai

Embassy Citadel to Set New Benchmarks

Leighton Asia, a CIMIC Group company, has been awarded a contract to build the Embassy Citadel, a luxury residential tower in Mumbai, India. This project will generate approximately A$132 million in revenue for Leighton Asia and is located in the vibrant South Mumbai area.

The Embassy Citadel project will feature a single 300-metre tower with a built-up area of around 192,000 square metres. Construction is scheduled to begin in July 2026. The project involves comprehensive civil and structural works, highlighting Leighton Asia’s expertise in complex urban environments.

Juan Santamaría, CEO of ACS Group and HOCHTIEF and Executive Chairman of CIMIC Group, remarked, “This award demonstrates the Group’s established capability in delivering high-rise residential developments, including in India where Leighton Asia has successfully delivered a range of large-scale residential projects.”

Project Details and Partnerships

Brad Davey, Managing Director of Leighton Asia, noted that securing the Embassy Citadel project with a new client reflects the company’s strong reputation in India’s residential market. He emphasised their ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver projects to the highest standards.
