Lexy Melbourne launches summer menu on Flinders Lane

Lexy Melbourne’s summer menu introduced at Flinders Lane venue

Lexy Melbourne has introduced a new summer menu at its Flinders Lane restaurant, marking the latest update to its modern pan-Asian offering in Melbourne’s central dining precinct.

The seasonal menu has been developed for summer service and is now available at the venue. It focuses on dishes designed for daytime and evening dining, reflecting a balance of lighter preparations and more substantial plates suited to extended service periods across the week.

New menu items include charred king prawn served with butter squid ink and pickled paw paw, alongside prawn and scallop dumplings finished with chive pesto, cashew and snow pea tendril. In addition, the kitchen has added an eggplant katsu terrine paired with confit garlic tofu, orange glaze and fennel.

Seafood features prominently, with pan-seared scallops presented with coconut bisque, finger lime, avruga and a roe cracker. Meanwhile, larger-format dishes include roasted half chicken with miso sesame, oyster mushroom, snow pea and crispy chilli oil.

The updated menu also includes a Black Opal Wagyu cube roll M7, accompanied by bonito soy, smoked chimichurri and Maldon salt. To conclude the offering, desserts now feature a matcha chiffon with jasmine tea mousse, smoked coconut sorbet and tuile.

The summer menu continues Lexy Melbourne’s pan-Asian direction, combining regional influences with contemporary techniques and seasonal produce. The changes form part of the venue’s ongoing menu development within the Melbourne CBD dining scene.
