To drive innovation, Lotte Rental is channeling the savings from reduced support fees into next-generation technology like AI and ESG mobility services. They anticipate saving over 100,000 work hours within the next five years by leveraging these advancements.

Initially, Lotte Rental signed a one-year Rimini Support™ for Oracle contract in 2024. Due to the exemplary service provided, this agreement has been extended by an additional three years for both Oracle and SAP systems.
