Golden Gate South reaches one-third of 2026 campaign
Resolution Minerals has completed 16 diamond drill holes at Golden Gate South in Idaho, taking its 2026 Horse Heaven campaign to about one-third of plan. So far, the company has drilled 4,470 metres and is using two rigs to test gold and tungsten targets.
Across the full 2026 programme, Resolution plans 13,700 metres over 45 holes. That work aims to define the scale and extent of gold mineralisation at Golden Gate North and Golden Gate South. It also targets tungsten linked to the historic Golden Gate Tungsten Mine and nearby soil anomalies.
Geologists have logged and photographed all completed core before sampling. Teams are recording lithology, alteration and mineralisation, keeping sample preparation in step with drilling.
The first two sample batches, covering holes HH-GG26-001 to HH-GG26-004, have been sent for multi-element laboratory analysis. Assay results from those first completed holes will be released when available.
Golden Gate South drilling
Craig Lindsay, Resolution’s CEO of US Operations, said: “I am exceedingly pleased with the drill rate we are achieving at Golden Gate South.”
He added that core logging, mineralisation recording and sampling were up to date as drilling continued. Lindsay also confirmed that two large batches of samples had been submitted for testing.
At Horse Heaven, Golden Gate sits immediately adjacent to Perpetua Resources’ recently permitted Stibnite Gold Project, one of the largest antimony-gold developments in the United States.
Meanwhile, the drilling update follows the recent selection of the Antimony Ridge prospect for FAST-41 Transparency Coverage under the US Permitting Council.
Resolution Minerals trades on the ASX as RML and on the OTCQB as RLMLF. The company is developing the Horse Heaven Gold-Antimony-Tungsten Project in Idaho to support domestic critical minerals supply for the US defence industry.
Resolution issued the campaign update on 1 July 2026 from Adelaide, Australia. Following this first third of the programme, drilling will continue over coming months across the Golden Gate system.
