Celebrating Leaders in Fraud Prevention

Riskified has announced the winners of the 2026 Titans of Ecommerce Awards, recognizing leaders in ecommerce fraud prevention and risk management. The awards were presented on 30th April, with recipients celebrated for their innovative approaches in the industry.

Joseph Chin, Senior Director of Revenue Assurance at Michael Kors, was awarded Titan of Americas. Chin's strategic leadership in revenue assurance has driven growth at Michael Kors through collaboration with Riskified, particularly noted during the Cyber Five period. His efforts in aligning internal teams and securing stakeholder buy-in for new strategies have been instrumental in enhancing the company's performance.

Meanwhile, in Europe, Ash Cummings, Ecommerce Fraud Prevention Manager at Gymshark, received the Titan of Europe award. Cummings has implemented data-driven strategies to combat fraud and policy abuse, significantly reducing promo and loyalty abuse while enhancing customer experience. His approach includes the use of advanced policy rules and integration of fraud intelligence into operational systems, which has led to improved decision-making and operational efficiency during high-demand product drops.

Innovative Approaches Recognised

The Titans of Ecommerce Awards, now in their fourth year, highlight members of Riskified’s global merchant community who excel in risk management. The awards honour those who deliver strong results in fraud prevention through data-driven decision-making and close collaboration with Riskified.

Selected by an expert panel, award recipients were evaluated on their leadership in fraud management, strategic innovation, and effective use of Riskified’s AI platform. The panel included industry experts such as Rahul Mutha, CEO of Aurus, and Kevin Luh, Partner at Deloitte.

According to Jeff Otto, Chief Marketing Officer at Riskified, "Each of this year’s Titans of Ecommerce faced complex fraud and risk challenges in very different environments, and still managed to improve outcomes across their businesses."

Winners of the 2026 Titans of Ecommerce Awards will be celebrated across Riskified’s global Ascend series events. Ascend North America, scheduled for 4th to 6th May in New York City, and Ascend Europe, planned for 15th to 16th June in London, will feature the awardees. These events will spotlight their achievements within their local ecommerce ecosystems, highlighting their roles in redefining fraud prevention strategies.

The awards programme recognises leaders who have delivered strong results navigating increasingly complex fraud environments through innovation, data-driven decisioning, and close collaboration with Riskified. Each honoree will be showcased at their respective regional events, further emphasizing the global impact of their contributions to ecommerce.
