ROYC will structure and administer the vehicle for professional investors

Slättö has selected ROYC to establish and manage a Luxembourg-domiciled feeder fund for professional investors.

The company described Slättö as a Nordic private markets real estate firm.

The feeder fund will aggregate individual subscriptions from professional investors into one Luxembourg vehicle.

On ROYC’s proprietary platform, the vehicle will be fully structured and administered with digital access for investors.

Investors will receive real-time portfolio access, automated reporting and efficient global distribution through the platform.

ROYC also said the setup streamlines onboarding and governance while standardising legal documentation.

Mathias Leijon and Jonas Andersson

Jonas Andersson, deputy managing partner at Slättö, said the firm evaluated several solutions while setting up the Luxembourg feeder fund.

According to Andersson, ROYC’s technology simplifies investor onboarding, reporting and fund lifecycle management, which helps Slättö open access to more investors.

Meanwhile, ROYC’s platform includes straight-through KYC and AML checks, digital subscriptions, capital-activity tracking and on-demand performance dashboards.

Those services are delivered through secure, white-label investor portals for professional investors.

ROYC also uses templated legal architecture and automated workflow orchestration to shorten the fund-launch timeline.

As a result, managers can bring a vehicle to market faster without weakening governance or compliance, according to ROYC.

Mathias Leijon, founder and president of ROYC, said banks and wealth platforms increasingly want efficient access to high-quality private equity strategies.

Leijon said ROYC combines structuring expertise with digital operating infrastructure so managers such as Slättö can launch investor-ready vehicles quickly.

He added that the platform aims to provide a seamless and transparent experience throughout the fund lifecycle.

ROYC is a B2B financial technology company focused on private markets operating systems.

Its clients include private equity firms, banks, wealth managers and multi-family offices that need to structure, distribute and manage private investments at scale.

The platform replaces manual processes with automation and real-time data access across the full fund lifecycle.

Slättö is a private equity real estate investor with a Nordic focus.

Since its inception in 2013, Slättö has executed transactions with a total value of EUR 5 billion.

The firm says it pursues thematic strategies and local expertise, while sustainability remains a priority for long-term investment success.
