Platform Integrates GEOINT and OSINT
Abu Dhabi-based TACTICA AI has launched a groundbreaking AI platform designed for real-time operational decisions in mission-critical environments. This platform was unveiled at the Make it in the Emirates 2026 event, showcasing its potential to transform decision-making processes. During the event, held on June 15, 2026, several industry leaders attended to witness the platform’s capabilities.
Developed by the Technology Innovation Institute (TII), this platform converts fragmented intelligence, sensor data, and operational information into actionable insights. It facilitates faster and more informed decision-making by integrating geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) and open-source intelligence (OSINT) to provide a comprehensive view of situations on the ground. TACTICA AI was developed in just 35 days, demonstrating the rapid technological advancements achieved by TII.
Dr. Najwa Aaraj, CEO of TII, emphasised the platform’s transformative nature, stating, “TACTICA AI reflects the next phase of sovereign AI: systems that do not simply process information, but strengthen the ability to act on it.” TACTICA AI is believed to be the first publicly known platform of its type in the region, setting a new standard for operational AI.
Advanced Capabilities and Global Partnerships
TACTICA AI’s platform incorporates data from various sources, including video feeds, sensors, IoT systems, and historical records. By defining mission outcomes first, the platform dynamically identifies necessary data, tools, and workflows to support these outcomes, significantly enhancing decision-making speed and accuracy. The platform’s development involved partnerships with French-based Safran and Polish-based Satim, enhancing its capabilities in geospatial imagery analysis.
Dr. Chaouki Kasmi of TACTICA AI highlighted the platform’s impact, noting, “TACTICA AI changes the operating model from ‘show me the data’ to ‘help me decide what to do next.’” This underscores the platform’s focus on actionable intelligence rather than mere data presentation.
The platform’s applicability spans various sectors, including defence, national security, and emergency response, where precision and speed are critical. Its design allows deployment on existing infrastructure, making it easily integrable into diverse operational settings.
TACTICA AI’s real-world deployments in mission-critical environments have already validated its effectiveness. It bridges the gap between data analysis, decision-making, and execution, ensuring human oversight remains a key component of critical decisions. During its deployment, the platform successfully supported operations in over 10 mission-critical scenarios, demonstrating its reliability and efficiency.
