Catalyst Innovation and Live Demos Featured

IQmetrix is set to display its Intelligent Commerce Operating System at DTW Ignite 2026 in Copenhagen between June 23 and 25. As a bronze sponsor, iQmetrix will provide engaging live product demonstrations and highlight its ODA PRISM Catalyst project.

At Booth #317, visitors can encounter iQmetrix’s latest innovations. A live demo in The Loft will allow the company to present its vision for AI-native commerce. The focus will be on creating agent-driven solutions for the telecom industry.

Aligning with its global expansion strategy, iQmetrix has been recognised as an ODA Component Directory Partner, strengthening its collaboration with TM Forum. This partnership is crucial as CSPs adapt to new consumer expectations.

During the event, Jason Raymer, the Senior Vice President of Client Experiences at iQmetrix, will lead a session titled ‘The Rise of Agentic Commerce: Why CSPs Need an Operating System for Phygital Experiences.’ Scheduled for June 24 at 11 AM, the session will include a live demonstration of AI-native workflows.

The event’s theme, ‘The Future. Faster.’, emphasises the need for communications service providers to quickly adapt to evolving consumer demands. iQmetrix aims to tackle these challenges with its innovative solutions, which help CSPs retain customer loyalty at the commerce level, focusing on moments of discovery, purchase, activation, and support.

Many existing telecom systems struggle to transition from AI-curious models to AI-native operations. By connecting telcos, retailers, and OEMs into a unified commerce flow, iQmetrix bridges digital and physical channels.

The Intelligent Commerce Operating System developed by iQmetrix orchestrates these processes, ensuring seamless transactions and intelligent operations. This system is designed to support both human and agent-driven commerce experiences.

Catalyst Project: Powering Intelligent Plan Recommendations

Under the TM Forum Catalyst initiative, iQmetrix will demonstrate its ODA PRISM project: Recommending the Ultimate Telecom Plan (Phase II). This project illustrates how agentic, standards-based architecture can provide intelligent plan recommendations on a large scale.

Visitors to the Catalyst kiosk can observe composable, ODA-aligned components in action. This real-world proof of concept showcases the potential for personalized commerce experiences beyond static product catalogs.

IQmetrix’s participation in DTW Ignite 2026 marks a key development in its global growth strategy. The debut deepens its partnership with TM Forum and highlights their unified AI-native commerce vision.

Representatives from iQmetrix will be available throughout the event to discuss their Intelligent Commerce Operating System’s capabilities. For more details, attendees can visit iQmetrix’s event page.
