Harley Breen and Tor Snyder will also perform at the South Yarra hotel, with accommodation packages starting at $256 a night.

Tommy Little will perform at Ovolo Melbourne’s inaugural Comedy Club event in South Yarra on Thursday 27th August.

Harley Breen and Tor Snyder are also on the line-up, alongside other special guests who have not yet been named. The event will begin a new comedy series at the hotel, although dates for future shows have not been provided.

Ovolo Managing Director, Nicole Downs, said the hotel wanted to give locals and guests another reason to visit the property.

“It’s our very first show, so we’ve pulled out all the stops with one of Australia’s biggest comedy superstars to really make a splash and give locals and guests more reasons to check in and stay a little longer,” Downs said.

Accommodation and dining packages

An overnight accommodation package including two tickets to the comedy show starts at $256 a night.

Bar Yarra will offer a $25 dining deal on the evening, with a choice of margherita pizza or chicken schnitzel accompanied by a house wine, beer or soft drink. Its regular food and beverage menu will also be available.

The venue’s Apero Happy Hour will run from 5pm to 7pm, while Backroom Bar will serve its full beverage menu and grab-and-go snacks including chips, chocolate and nuts.

The debut Ovolo Comedy Club will take place at Ovolo Melbourne, with doors opening at 8pm on Thursday 27 August.
