Record Growth and Future Targets
U.S. Polo Assn. achieved an impressive milestone in 2025 by reaching $2.7 billion in global retail sales. This significant achievement underscores the brand’s strong momentum across various international markets. The company is now aiming for $4 billion in sales and plans to expand its network to 1,500 branded stores worldwide.
The growth was driven by increased sales in both established and emerging markets. North America, the brand’s largest region, delivered steady gains. Meanwhile, India, the Middle East, Western Europe, and Latin America showed strong performance. Emerging regions such as Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe also contributed significantly to the brand’s success.
“U.S. Polo Assn. experienced another milestone year in 2025, driven by strategic global growth, consistent execution, and the strength of our authentic connection to the sport of polo,” stated J. Michael Prince, President and CEO of USPA Global.

Currently, U.S. Polo Assn. operates 1,200 retail stores across 190 countries. The company is enhancing its direct-to-consumer strategy to expand its retail footprint and digital ecosystem further, aiming to strengthen consumer relationships globally.
“Our direct-to-consumer strategy is a powerful global growth engine as we target 1,500 U.S. Polo Assn. stores and 100 digital sites over the long term,” Prince added.
In 2025, U.S. Polo Assn. celebrated its 135th Anniversary with a series of global events and campaigns. These events included exclusive polo competitions and collaborations aimed at engaging sports fans and consumers worldwide.
Partnerships with major networks, including ESPN, are set to continue through 2026, helping to elevate global awareness of polo by broadcasting major events like the U.S. Open Polo Championshipae.
According to License Global’s annual ranking, the brand is among the top five global licensed sports brands, alongside NFL, MLB, and NBA. This ranking underscores its growing influence and market presence.
