Hampton Hotel introduces weekly offers and live music in Hampton
Hampton Hotel has opened in the Bayside suburb, adding a new venue within walking distance of the station. The pub is set up to operate across the full week, with a mix of dining, drinks, and entertainment designed to attract regular visits.
The menu focuses on pub staples, including parmas, steaks, pizzas, and seasonal shared plates. Rather than relying on one-off dining, the venue leans into weekly routines, with Steak Night on Mondays and Parma Night on Tuesdays. A Locals Offer runs every Wednesday, while Sundays combine a roast offering with discounted margaritas.

Happy Hour runs daily, with drink specials from 3pm to 6pm on weekdays. On weekends, hours shift to 3pm to 5pm, maintaining a consistent presence across peak periods. As a result, the venue captures both after-work and weekend trade.
The drinks list includes beers, wines, spirits, cocktails, and non-alcoholic options. Guests can choose between bar service and table dining, allowing for both quick visits and longer stays.
Layout and programming support regular trade
Hampton Hotel includes multiple spaces designed for different uses across the week. These include a central bar, a mezzanine overlooking the main floor, a private wine room, and a lounge area with a fireplace. In addition, a retractable-roof atrium allows the venue to operate in varying weather conditions.

Entertainment aligns with peak trading periods. A live DJ performs on Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm, while a Piano Man singalong runs on Saturdays from 8pm. The setlist includes tracks from Billy Joel, Elton John, INXS, and Cold Chisel.
Weekly food offers continue throughout the schedule. Monday Steak Night features a Southern Ranges porterhouse with chips, salad, and gravy from 5pm with a drink purchase. Tuesday Parma Night offers a parma with chips and salad under the same conditions.
Sunday service includes a roast available from 12pm until sold out. Margaritas are priced at $14 from 3pm. The venue also offers a “Feed Me” option, in which the kitchen selects shared dishes and a dessert for the table.
