Abby Martin's Australian tour includes Melbourne
Abby Martin will visit Melbourne on 27th July 2026 during an Australian film and speaking tour for her documentary “Earth’s Greatest Enemy”.
The tour opens in Perth on 21st July 2026. It then heads to Adelaide on 22nd July, Melbourne on 27th July, Wollongong on 28th July and Sydney on 29th July.
During the Adelaide stop, Martin will deliver the keynote address at the Independent and Peaceful Australia, or IPAN, National Conference.

Oliver Stone described “Earth’s Greatest Enemy” as “one of the most powerful documentaries I’ve seen on the modern American military.”
Martin is a U.S. Film-maker, author and journalist. According to tour organisers, she has spent several decades as a national TV news reporter and anchor across a range of U.S. Media outlets.
Her record also includes three books and several documentaries. Those works include the feature-length film “Earth’s Greatest Enemy.”
The advance media alert for the tour was dated Monday 13th July 2026. It described the Australian run as taking place later that month.
IPAN is sponsoring the tour. Meanwhile, a broad coalition of peace, justice, climate and environmental campaign groups will host the events around Australia.
Organisers tied the tour to wider debate in Australia in 2026. They pointed to rising opposition to the U.S. Alliance, the genocide in Gaza, the wars in Iran and Lebanon, and the announcement of a high-profile public inquiry into the floundering AUKUS agreement.
According to the media alert, polling in 2026 shows growing public discontent with Australia’s complicity in the United States government’s increasingly violent and erratic global conduct.
IPAN National Chairperson Annette Brownlie argued that peace and anti-militarism organisers, arms trade activists, and climate and environmental campaigners had often worked separately for years.
Brownlie said the film tour is meant to bring those groups together around what she called a common enemy, the military-industrial complex.
