Albion and Tecnotree have partnered to provide a next-generation Value-Added Services (VAS) platform for TELUS in North America. The announcement was made on April 28, highlighting the platform’s initial deployment, which includes a voicemail application to enhance TELUS’ service capabilities.

Tecnotree’s VAS and digital services platform will support TELUS’ goals of modernizing service capabilities, improving customer experience, and ensuring scalable service delivery. Albion will manage platform operations, service assurance, and ongoing lifecycle management as part of their end-to-end managed services.

Bernard Bureau, Vice-president of Wireless Strategy & Services at TELUS, emphasised, “This partnership demonstrates TELUS’ unwavering commitment to modernizing our core infrastructure and ensuring service reliability for our customers. At TELUS, we continuously invest in solutions that make staying connected easier, more reliable, and more intuitive.”

Padma Ravichander, CEO of Tecnotree, expressed satisfaction with the partnership, stating, “Tecnotree’s VAS platform is designed to help operators modernise service delivery, accelerate time-to-market, and create differentiated customer experiences.”
