Dumplings, Cocktails and 80s Cantopop Every Friday Night
Mya Tiger has launched a late-night Dumpling Disco at Hotel Esplanade, pairing a dedicated dumpling menu with cocktails, 80s music and
giveaways every Friday from 8pm.
The Cantonese restaurant’s weekly event costs $50 per person, with the sample menu offering two to three of each dumpling per diner.
Options include pan-fried chicken dumplings, spicy pork chilli wontons, prawn dumplings, mushroom dumplings and truffle pork and prawn sui mai.

Dumplings, Cantopop and Friday night prizes
Disco balls and 80s tunes, including Hong Kong Cantopop, will provide the soundtrack throughout the evening.
Guests will also have a chance to win prizes through red-envelope giveaways. These include a complimentary dessert, cocktail or snack, as well as the possibility of having the entire bill covered.
Mya Tiger’s full cocktail list will remain available during Dumpling Disco. Drinks include the Pine & Pandan Spritz, made with pineapple, pandan citrus, and sparkling wine, and the Jasmin Gin Sour, with jasmine-infused gin, lemon, elderflower, and cinnamon.
The Frozen Lychee Martini combines vodka, lychee liqueur, lemon, and lychee purée.
Dumpling Disco takes place at Mya Tiger at The Espy every Friday from 8pm.
Tickets are priced at $50 per person, with further details available on the Mya Tiger website
