Arcadia Fitzroy introduces Chicken Cwaffle return, $10 cocktails and anytime bottomless brunch
Arcadia Café & Bar on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy has launched a refreshed menu featuring new brunch dishes, cocktail specials and an anytime bottomless brunch option. The update includes the return of its Chicken Cwaffle, now served with mac and cheese, alongside several revised café staples. In addition, the venue continues its all-day cocktail offering, with selected drinks priced from $10.
The new menu brings together light plates, brunch options and sweet dishes designed for all-day service. Among the headline items is the Chicken Cwaffle, paired with mac and cheese. The dish combines fried chicken and a waffle base with a creamy side.
Furthermore, the Arcadian Benny introduces a variation on eggs Benedict with sriracha hollandaise. Diners can choose crispy bacon or house-cured salmon. As a result, the dish expands on a traditional brunch format with added heat and alternative toppings.
A cured salmon plate also joins the menu. It features house-cured salmon served with house-made dill labneh. Meanwhile, the charred broccoli and hummus offer a plant-based option built around roasted vegetables and smooth hummus.
In addition, the smashed avo on toast has been redeveloped. The updated version introduces new flavours while retaining the core ingredients. For those seeking a sweeter option, the berry crumpet stack layers crumpets with fresh berries.
Cocktail menu and bottomless brunch
Alongside the food update, Arcadia Fitzroy continues its all-day cocktail list. Negronis, margaritas and martinis are available from $10 to $12. The drinks menu also includes craft beer, wine, mocktails, smoothies and juices.
Moreover, the venue offers an anytime bottomless brunch. Guests receive 1.5 hours of selected cocktails, wine and beer for $49 with the purchase of a main meal. The offer is available all day, every day.
