Daniel’s Donuts and Bundaberg Brewed Drinks Unite to Serve Up the Taste of Aussie Summer

A Bold New Wave of Bundaberg Donuts as Three Icons Unite

Australia’s favourite donut makers and Australia’s favourite brewed drinks label have officially joined forces. Daniel’s Donuts and Bundaberg Brewed Drinks have united with 7-Eleven for a summer collaboration built around bold flavours, nostalgia and the taste of long hot days.

The union brings together three iconic Australian names that each carry a loyal following. While Daniel’s Donuts delivers the comfort and creativity people crave, Bundaberg brings its unmistakable brew character. Meanwhile, 7-Eleven gives the collaboration huge national reach, making the limited edition range accessible to Aussies everywhere.

Filled with ginger-infused custard and topped with sweet ginger icing and a fiery ginger crunch, this flavour pays tribute to Bundaberg’s famous Ginger Beer.

Passionfruit Pavlova Ring Donut

A tropical hit of passionfruit glaze paired with a light touch of meringue. It captures sunshine in every bite.

Ginger Spiced Sugar Ring Donut

Soft, warm and rolled in ginger-spiced sugar, this classic ring donut takes inspiration from Bundaberg’s seasonal Spiced Ginger Beer.

Customers can also pick up the Bundaberg Inspired four-pack available exclusively at 7-Eleven and selected Daniel’s Donuts locations. It comes wrapped in custom Bundaberg summer packaging that makes the collaboration easy to spot.

Why Daniel’s Donuts, Bundaberg and 7-Eleven United

The three brands share a strong community following and a focus on creating little moments of joy. That alignment made the partnership a natural step.

Bundaberg Brewed Drinks CEO, John McLean, highlighted the fit between the brands.
“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Daniel’s Donuts to bring Australians a unique twist on some of our classic Bundaberg brew flavours,” he said. “Taste has always been at the core of what we do, so joining forces with another brand that’s equally as passionate about quality and flavour made perfect sense,” Mr McLean continued. “Both the new Ginger Beer and Passionfruit-inspired donuts are a fun way to celebrate the taste of summer, and we’re excited to see consumers enjoy these with their family and friends.”

Crystal Melvan, Head of Marketing & Innovation at Daniel’s Donuts, said the partnership captures the feel of an Australian summer.
“Daniel’s Donuts has always been about creating moments of joy. Pairing a delicious donut with a Bundaberg brew and the heat of an Aussie summer – that is joy! Bringing Bundaberg’s brew flavours into our donut range felt like the perfect way to savour the magic of summer. This collaboration is fun, fresh and something completely new for our customers across the country.”

A New Summer Partnership Built for Australian Taste

Together, the three brands have crafted a release that breaks away from traditional festive flavours. Instead of leaning into cinnamon, fruitcake or mint, the collaboration celebrates the real Australian summer with bright, zesty and refreshing profiles.

Their combined reach means the donuts will appear everywhere from suburban Daniel’s Donuts stores to roadside 7-Eleven outlets. That national visibility positions the range as one of summer’s must-try releases.
