Celebrate New Year’s Eve With Commune Group

Commune Group is open and active across Melbourne and ready to close out 2025 with style. This New Year’s Eve, the hospitality group is launching a citywide celebration across Studio Amaro, Tokyo Tina, Firebird, Moonhouse, New Quarter and Hanoi Hannah Vol. II. Each venue will serve a limited edition Archie Rose NYE Martini Menu along with exclusive dishes, DJ sets and festive dining experiences. The group aims to give guests different ways to welcome 2026 while enjoying Melbourne’s lively dining scene.

In partnership with Archie Rose, Australia’s most awarded spirits distillery, each venue will shake or stir its own take on the classic martini. The menu will be available from early evening until late, offering variations for every mood.

Commune Group Takes Over Melbourne for NYE

Each venue brings a different energy, helping guests choose the right setting for their countdown. The group’s spread across Balaclava, Windsor and Richmond gives diners a mix of long lunches, fire-driven feasts and high-energy DJ nights.

Studio Amaro

Guests can dance into the new year with DJs from 7pm and DJ Andras from 9pm. The venue will offer a la carte dining and set menus. Specials on the night include Oysters with Amaro Mignonette ($6.50 each), Roast Porchetta with Salsa Verde ($46) and a Chocolate Brownie with Amaro Caramel and Peanut Brittle ($16).
