Features Include Live Streaming and Personalization

Concacaf has introduced a new digital platform and mobile app, developed in collaboration with Deltatre, to enhance fan engagement across its 41 Member Associations. The platform, accessible via Concacaf.com and mobile devices, connects with football fans through innovative features.

The enhanced platform offers live streaming, video-on-demand, and real-time match data. Fans have comprehensive access to men’s, women’s, and club tournaments. Full support in English and Spanish broadens its reach, making it more inclusive.

“This launch is an important step in how we bring Concacaf football closer to fans across our region,” stated Philippe Moggio, Concacaf General Secretary. Fans can follow their favorite national teams, competitions, and clubs with personalized content and notifications.

A ‘Where to Watch’ feature assists fans in discovering live matches and broadcaster information. Granular notifications keep fans updated with key match events, news, and highlights, ensuring they never miss a moment.

Technology and Integration

Powered by Deltatre FORGE, the platform shares technology with major sports federations like the NFL, NHL, and MLB. This robust ecosystem enhances fan interaction with advanced advertising tools, SEO optimization, and comprehensive analytics.

Peter Bellamy, CRO at Deltatre, remarked, “The flexibility of the ecosystem we’ve built gives Concacaf and its stakeholders the foundation to evolve quickly.” Depending on broadcast availability, the platform serves as either a second-screen companion or a primary destination for live matches.

In regions without broadcast access, the platform acts as the main destination for live match coverage. Fans can download the Concacaf app from the Apple App Store and Google Play. These downloads provide fans with easy access to live content and updates.

The platform integrates advanced advertising and sponsorship tools, ensuring precise fan segmentation and personalization at scale. It aims to deepen fan loyalty and expand access to Concacaf football for supporters in various markets, adapting to different viewing contexts.

The digital experience has been built around fans’ needs, providing real-time insights and complementary content in markets with existing broadcast coverage. Visit the website at https://www.concacaf.com for more details.
