Targeting $14 Billion U.S. RPM Market
On May 13, 2026, Wellgistics Health, Inc. and Kare PharmTech announced a pilot collaboration to improve chronic care management and remote patient monitoring services across the United States. The initiative aims to tap into the $14 billion RPM market, which industry reports expect to grow to $29 billion by 2030, reflecting a 12.6% compound annual growth rate.n
The pilot programme integrates Wellgistics’ MSO infrastructure to support participating provider offices in delivering RPM and CCM services. Kare Clinicals MSO serves as the billing provider for these offices. This collaboration has already generated over 1,500 claims, with plans to expand further to include more providers.n
According to Prashant Patel, President and CEO of Wellgistics Health, “We believe the convergence of pharmacy engagement, provider connectivity, and technology-enabled care coordination represents a significant opportunity to improve patient outcomes while creating new economic opportunities for independent pharmacies.”n
Leveraging Pharmacy Networksn
Wellgistics plans to leverage its network of more than 6,500 independent pharmacies to identify eligible patients who may benefit from the services. This network plays a crucial role in supporting patient engagement and care coordination efforts. Participating pharmacies within the network may also have opportunities to participate in clinical engagement initiatives associated with the program.n
Mital Panera, CEO of Kare PharmTech, stated, “By collaborating with Wellgistics Health and its pharmacy network, we believe we can further expand patient participation, improve continuity of care, and create a scalable framework for future provider growth.”n
As healthcare providers shift towards value-based and home-based care models, the pilot project is positioned to capitalise on this trend. The initiative supports patient engagement, care coordination, and longitudinal monitoring programmes through scalable operational and technology-enabled workflows.n
The pilot programme is subject to ongoing development, provider participation, and regulatory compliance as it continues to expand. All CCM and RPM services are expected to be furnished and billed by appropriately licensed providers and participating entities in accordance with applicable federal and state healthcare laws, reimbursement requirements, and payor programme rules.
