Hubexo Rankings Confirm Decode's Leadership
Decode Group has been confirmed as New South Wales' largest residential contract builder in the 2026 Hubexo Central Construction League rankings, published on 30th April. The rankings highlight Decode's ability to manage large-scale residential projects across the state.
Currently, Decode oversees approximately $1.4 billion in ongoing construction projects, which underscores its pivotal role in addressing the housing demands in New South Wales. The company is actively involved in major developments through partnerships with Thirdi, Sekisui House, IRIS Capital, and Abadeen.

Among Decode's significant projects are Thirdi's Dairy Farmers Towers and Merewether Residences, Sekisui House's Dawn and Waterstone, IRIS Capital's Queensgate Potts Point, and Ellipse Property's $660 million Carrington Place masterplanned community in Castle Hill. These projects exemplify Decode's capacity to deliver quality residential environments.
Founded in 2008, Decode achieved a gold star rating under the NSW Government's iCIRT programme in 2022. This prestigious rating, developed by Equifax, evaluates a builder's track record for delivering compliant and quality residential projects.
